Shipping Policy

Do I need to use my personal information for my order?

Yes. Your shipping details will automatically populate from your account when you go to checkout. You have the option to change billing and shipping details should you desire to do so. Please note: If you do not use the correct details for your delivery and the mail carrier cancels delivery, Biohack Supplies is not responsible for your error or refusal to use your information. If you do not use your email, you will not receive any updates or tracking information. We will not offer a reship or refund due to this. Your personal information and details are protected and solely used for processing orders internally. By placing an order, you attest to using the correct information for your package delivery. Failure to do so forfeits any attempt at resolution. 

I placed my order and paid for it. Where’s my tracking?

Please ensure your user account email is one you have access to. Tracking numbers are sent directly to your email. Once you receive the email confirmation stating your order payment is confirmed, there is nothing you need to do on your part. We routinely verify payment statuses throughout the working day. Once we have confirmed payment, we will then print your shipping label and prepare your order for shipment. Once we create your shipping label, you will receive a confirmation email from us stating your order is “complete” and another email from Pirate Ship sharing your tracking number with you. 

If you place an order before 12:00pm CST, you will receive your tracking number, your order will be packed and shipped with the mail carrier all on the same day. For orders placed after 12:00pm CST, we will attempt to ship your order same day, but do not guarantee it until the next business day. 

I placed my order and it says it was shipped but it’s taking so long. 

Biohack Supplies does not have control over the mail carrier processing. We cannot force them to “work faster” or “deliver faster”. Biohack Supplies’ responsibility of your order ends after dropping your package off with the mail carrier. By creating an account and/or placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy. 

I received the wrong item in my order, or my items were damaged. What do I do?

As our staff are humans, and not robots, we are prone to the occasional mistake and will make it right. If you received the wrong order or an incorrect item within your order, please contact us to start the process to fix the issue. Please note: You must take a video of opening your package and inspecting your products and share that video with us to qualify for consideration. If your package has already been opened, you forfeit resolution. By creating an account and/or placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. 

When we receive confirmation that you legitimately received the wrong order/item, we will send you a return label to send the item(s) back. Once we receive the incorrect items, we will send you the correct items. The shipping cost for this will be covered by Biohack Supplies. 

In the event that we are unable to send you the correct items (due to being out of stock for example), we will offer you a full refund in the manner in which you paid, or a store credit, whichever is your choice. 

If the order/items were damaged, you must still provide the video documentation described above or forfeit resolution. If the damage is due to an error on our part, we will make it right. If the damage is due to the carrier, we will investigate other avenues/claims for resolution.  

What shipping options do you offer?

We use two shipping options. Our primary shipping carrier is UPS Ground/Ground Advantage. We will use this option as a first line choice to ship to the lower 48 states, with USPS being the second line choice. For Alaska and Hawaii, we will use USPS. 

Do you offer international shipping?

No. 

Do you offer priority/express/expedited shipping?

No.
