Under no circumstances should any product purchased from this website be used for human consumption.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all products will be used solely for legal research purposes.

3. Refund Policy

Biohack Supplies reserve the right and maintains sole discretion to offer a refund. If you receive the wrong product, we will send a return label and package for you to return the unused and unopened product. After we receive the incorrect product, we will send you the correct product. In the event we are unable to send you the correct product, we will issue a refund in the same manner in which you paid, after we receive the incorrect product. For any other issues regarding a refund, please contact us. Consideration for refunds is on a case-by-case basis. Please our refund policy for details. 

4. Damage in Transit

Biohack Supplies is not responsible for damage to products after your order is given to the mail carrier. However, we will consider all issues on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for consideration. To qualify for consideration regarding damage to your product, you must record a video of the unopened package, open it, and show the products. Failure to provide a video of opening the package will result in your inquiry being automatically denied. Please see our shipping policy for details. 

5. No Medical or Safety Claims

We do not make any claims about the safety, effectiveness, or intended medical use of the products.
These items are not approved by regulatory authorities for diagnostic, therapeutic, or preventive purposes.

6. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using our products, you assume all responsibility and risks associated with their handling and use.
We are not liable for misuse, mishandling, or any adverse outcomes resulting from product usage.
